Return Policy


Order return is only approved if:-


1. product(s) proven is faulty as reasons below.

Defective The product does not functions as described in its manufacture specification
Missing items or parts

Missing items or parts as indicated in the packaging


2. 14 calendar days FREE RETURN GUARANTEED



General requirements for returns are as following:-


✓ Communication between buyer and seller must be organized via phone calls or email before return any product(s) back to Bluelogic Enterprise Sdn. Bhd.

✓ Original hardcopy Receipt / Invoice is REQUIRED for order return (TAKE NOTE: Softcopy is unacceptable)

✓ Unsealed package(s) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED to return except manufactured faulty condition.

✓ Returned item must be shipped back to us within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from order date. 

✓ The product(s) must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts or vouchers received with it. 

✓ The product(s) must have NOT been used or installed.

✓ All sealed items must not be opened.

Replacement


Question: How long does it takes to replace my good(s)?

Please be patience to received your replacement within following time frame:-

  • Peninsular Malaysia                       : 3 to 7 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak)    : 7 to 14 working days




Refund Policy


Question: I have returned my good(s). How soon will I received my refund?

You will be refunded according to the following:-
